Abeka More Than Conquerors

Description

Abeka More Than Conquerors   Join the ranks of valiant victors as they overcome fears, defeat distractions, vanish doubts and ultimately become more than conquerors. Students will discuss literary terms as they come upon “In the Spotlight” sections. Such as: elements of a narrative, elements of a plot, character analysis, figurative language, foreshadowing and mood, elements of poetry, jargon, imagery and symbolism. I love the discussion that comes after each story. Every short story is followed by questions that will make students recall and even debate how they might handle a situation. Answers to the comprehension questions can be found in Reading 5
